Abstract

Citizenship means the individual who enjoys membership in a country, and thus deserves the benefits of that membership. In its political meaning, citizenship refers to the rights guaranteed by the state to whoever holds its nationality, and the obligations imposed on it; or it may mean the participation of the individual in the affairs of his country, and what he feels belonging to him. This research aims to give the reader a comprehensive picture of the Jewish and Christian settlement in the Two Holy Mosques and its rule, so in the first section it clarifies what is a sanctuary and its boundaries, and concludes with the second section: Settlement of Jews and Christians in the Two Holy Mosques and its ruling in Shariah Islamic Law and some of the important issues related to this topic.In this study the researcher endeavors to study the views of the past and contemporary scholars, and presented their opinions, compare and discuss them from what Allah opens to him. The modern world has witnessed many phenomena, which are very important for Muslims to know the Shariah ruling regarding in particularly this important topic. Finally conclusion and recommendations have been given at the end of the paper.
