Abstract

Concern with the universe and life within the concerns of Islamic law; Because it is an eternal, universal law that includes human needs for what was and what will be, and what contributes to his well-being and happiness. Just as the parts of the universe cooperate with each other by order of the creative Creator, so they complement each other, and they all contribute to the continuation of the movement of life in the universe, the law has guided the ways of dealing with nature. And the environment in which he lives, and these methods are explained in the legal texts that are sources of legislation, especially the noble Prophet, which is considered a detailed practical law for the religious Muslim, so it takes him step by step, teaching him and explaining the preservation of nature, because its cleanliness, purity, and preservation are in the interest of creation, and the Sharia came To preserve the highest interests, This is an introduction that brings us to the conclusion that caring for nature is caring and adhering to the law, and doing what the Creator, Glory be to Him, wanted from man, and there is no doubt that submission is worship.
